Cocos Islands may be an ideal place to kitesurf, but sometimes that's not what life is ALL about! There are many activities to experience which are great for non-kiters, lay days and just some good ol' time out!

Cultural Tours - Take a tour with the Home Island kids and elders. It provides great insight into the amazing & unique Cocos-Malay culture.

Canoe Surfari's - A half day out on motorized canoes is a really special way to see the untouched islands at a relaxing pace. Have a champagne breakfast/ lunch or afternoon tea & enjoy paradise.

Diving - See beautiful parrotfish, wrasse, butterflyfish, angelfish, garden eels, dolphins, turtles, manta rays, or even the illusive lone Dugong. Over 30 dive sites to chose from.

Glass Bottom Boat Tours - Visit DI, Prison or Horsbourgh Is. Go fishing, snorkeling or just cruise. A great day out for non-kiters or take your kites and kite somewhere different!

Fishing - Fish in the lagoon on the glass bottom boat or from the beach. Try deep sea fishing with experienced local fisherman. Reel in sharks, barracudas, wahoo, mahi mahi, tuna and more...

Snorkeling - Snorkel the infamous "Rip" on DI or Pulu Maria that is easily accessible and teeming with fish and other crazy critters.

Direction Island - The DI ferry drops you off on the picture perfect deserted island for 5-6 hours. Snorkel, relax, swim and snooze.

Surfing - Cocos has a shallow left hand reef break that can be surfed all day, everyday. If you are an intermediate to advanced surfer, bring your board.

Kayaking - Hire kayaks and explore the atoll at your own pace. Go with the tide inside the lagoon or explore the inner reef on the surf side.
