Staying in one of the original local homes with no more than 6 others, its a super way to enjoy these laid back Islands & have fun at the same time. You will feel at home the moment you step off the plane and drop your gear off at the house, just 5 mins from the airport and 10mins from the beach!

In each of the houses there are 3 bedrooms with a combination of bedding. We'll pair you with someone of the same sex or bring a mate or partner along to get a room to yourselves. Each house has a separate shower and toilet, linen and a large kitchen and dining area with an outdoor bbq and balcony.

Each tour has the full use of our decked out troopy's to explore the island with and get to kite beach daily. The GT mountain bikes are also included so you can easily get around the island independently and check out the surf break, art gallery or even have a sleep in and get to the beach when you want.

For meals, cook at home with your tour mates or prepare your own. Eat out at the Tropika - a good restaurant with hearty meals or have breaky or lunch at Dory's; a locally run little cafe with home made treats, great coffee and breakfasts most days. The local super market has all the essentials to make good affordable home made meals and snacks.

Over the course of the tour, ZKT will organise social events around the island either kiting or in the evenings. Its totally up to you if you want to join in. With the big houses and lots of transport you can easily find a quiet space to relax or find some people to party with.

Capped package prices - Purchasing your flights early will enable you to get cheaper seats - as the seats fill, the flights increase. If the cheapest possible fare exceeds $1288 (based on Virgin's flexi fare inc luggage Perth to Cocos return) for the exact dates of the tour, we will take off the difference of airfare from the package price.
